Saunagus is a guided sensory experience that combines traditional sauna with aromatherapy and breathwork. A certified sauna master pours essential oils over hot stones, creating an aromatic steam that is circulated through the sauna using a towel or a fan. Our 75-minute session includes three rounds of 12–15 minutes, with cooling breaks in between.
Two towels, sandals, swimwear, and something to drink. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The lower bench is less intense if you're new to sauna.
To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we follow these guidelines: Always sit on a towel in the sauna. No footwear is allowed in the sauna. Be considerate of other guests. The only items allowed in the sauna are a towel to sit on, swimwear and a sauna hat.
We offer private saunagus with exclusive access to the entire sauna (subject to availability). For safety reasons, the sauna is only rented out with a certified sauna master. Inquiries: [email protected].
Simple and fair. Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours before your session: full credit back to your account, no penalty. Cancel less than 48 hours before: the session is forfeited. No-shows: the session is forfeited. Why this policy? When someone books a spot and doesn't show up, it's a spot someone else could have used. We are a small facility with limited capacity — this policy keeps it fair for everyone. Life happens. If you have an emergency, contact us directly. We are humans working with humans.
We recommend that pregnant individuals, people with certain cardiovascular conditions, or anyone with other health concerns consult their own doctor before using the sauna.
Swimwear required. Sandals or flip-flops required. Always sit on a towel. Do not pour water or oils on the sauna stones. Be considerate of other guests. The only items allowed in the sauna are a towel, swimwear, and a sauna hat.
