Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all use of the Turban Sauna website and all services provided by Turban Sauna at Vasbygade 18, 2450 København SV, Denmark. By using our website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Turban Sauna operates an outdoor sauna facility offering guided and unguided sauna sessions, cold plunge, cold showers, and access to outdoor seating areas. Sessions are 75 minutes in duration and include access to all on-site facilities for the duration of the booked time slot.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to book and attend a session, or be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Guests are responsible for assessing their own health and physical fitness before participating in any sauna, cold-water immersion, or outdoor activities.
• If you have cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, are pregnant, or have any other medical condition that may be affected by extreme heat or cold, you should consult a physician before attending.

All guests must:

• Follow all instructions given by Turban Sauna staff at all times.
• Wear appropriate swimwear in the sauna and bathing areas.
• Wear sandals, flip-flops, or suitable footwear whenever outside the sauna and changing facilities.
• Shower before using the cold plunge.
• Not pour water, oils, or any other substances onto sauna stones or heating equipment unless directed by staff during a Saunagus session.
• Use all facilities responsibly and respectfully.
• Treat other guests, staff, and the environment with respect.
• Not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Turban Sauna is located outdoors in an industrial park environment. By attending, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The facility is exposed to natural weather conditions, including rain, wind, and varying temperatures.
• Surfaces may be uneven, wet, muddy, or consist of gravel, timber, or other natural materials.
• You may encounter splinters, rough timber, slippery surfaces, wet areas, mud, or other conditions typical of an outdoor environment.
• Natural outdoor hazards may exist, including but not limited to uneven ground, wildlife, and changing weather.

Lockers are provided for storing personal belongings during your session. However, Turban Sauna is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We recommend leaving valuables at home.

All bookings are subject to our Booking Terms. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT where applicable.

All content on this website — including text, images, design, logos, and code — is the property of Turban Sauna or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by Danish and EU law, Turban Sauna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or facilities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or Danish consumer protection legislation.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of our services after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
