Everything you need to know before your visit.

Saunagus is a guided sauna experience, and it can take many forms. In the classic form, a certified sauna master pours water with aromatherapy oils over the hot stones and moves the warm, scented air around the room with a towel or a fan. Depending on the session, it may also make room for other elements, such as a tea or herbal infusion, music, or moments of sound and silence. Check the session listing for what is included and how long it runs.

Two towels, sandals, and something to drink. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The lower bench is less intense if you're new to sauna.

Sandals or flip-flops are required and should be left outside the sauna. Always sit on a towel and wear a sauna hat if you have one — these are the only items allowed inside. Please don’t pour water or oils on the stones yourself, and be considerate of other guests so everyone enjoys the space.

We offer private saunagus with exclusive access to the entire sauna (subject to availability). For safety reasons, the sauna is only rented out with a certified sauna master. Inquiries: [email protected].

Simple and fair. You can cancel or reschedule without penalty until 24 hours before your session starts. Later cancellations and no-shows remain payable if the session takes place. Sessions normally require at least four guests. If fewer people have booked, we may need to cancel; we’ll email you around eight hours before the session, and you’ll receive a full refund or your payment authorization will be released. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time until funds appear depends on your bank. Why this policy? We are a small facility with limited capacity — this policy keeps it fair for everyone. Life happens. If you have an emergency, contact us directly. We are humans working with humans.

We recommend that pregnant individuals, people with certain cardiovascular conditions, or anyone with other health concerns consult their own doctor before using the sauna.
