Please read these rules carefully before your visit. They exist to protect you and everyone around you.

1. Health & Fitness
- Use of the sauna, cold plunge, cold showers, and outdoor areas is at your own risk.
- You are responsible for assessing your own health and physical fitness before participating in any activity at Turban Sauna.
- If you have cardiovascular conditions, high or low blood pressure, respiratory conditions, epilepsy, are pregnant, or have any other medical condition that may be adversely affected by extreme heat or cold, you must consult a physician before attending.
- If you feel unwell, dizzy, or faint at any point during your session, leave the sauna immediately, cool down, hydrate, and inform a staff member.
- Stay hydrated. Drink water before, during, and after your session.
2. Sauna Rules
- Follow all instructions given by Turban Sauna staff at all times.
- Do not pour water, oils, or any other substances onto sauna stones or heating equipment. Only trained sauna masters may do this during Saunagus sessions.
- Sit on a towel at all times inside the sauna.
- Be mindful of the heat. If it becomes too intense, move to a lower bench or leave the sauna.
- Do not use mobile phones, glass bottles, or sharp objects inside the sauna.
3. Cold Plunge & Showers
- Shower before entering the cold plunge. This is mandatory for hygiene reasons.
- Enter the cold plunge slowly — never jump or dive in.
- Do not submerge your head unless you are comfortable doing so.
- Cold-water immersion carries inherent risks, including cold shock response. Participate at your own responsibility.
4. Outdoor Environment
Turban Sauna is located outdoors in an industrial park environment at Vasbygade 18, 2450 København SV. By visiting, you acknowledge the following:
- The facility is fully exposed to natural weather conditions including rain, wind, cold, and heat.
- Surfaces may be uneven, wet, muddy, or consist of gravel, timber, concrete, or other materials.
- You may encounter splinters, rough timber, slippery surfaces, wet areas, mud, or other conditions typical of an outdoor industrial environment.
- Natural outdoor hazards may exist, including uneven ground and changing weather conditions.
- Footwear is required. Wear sandals, flip-flops, or suitable footwear whenever you are outside the sauna and changing facilities.
5. General Conduct
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times in the sauna and bathing areas.
- Use all facilities responsibly and respectfully.
- Keep noise to a reasonable level. Turban Sauna is a space for relaxation.
- Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
- Smoking is not permitted on-site.
- Guests who do not follow these rules or staff instructions may be asked to leave without refund.
6. Personal Belongings
- Lockers are provided for your use during your session.
- You are responsible for your own personal belongings at all times.
- Turban Sauna is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- We recommend leaving valuables at home.
7. Children
Children under 18 may attend only when accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the child's safety and behaviour.
8. Emergency Procedures
- In case of a medical emergency, call 112 (Danish emergency number) immediately.
- Inform a staff member of any emergency or injury as soon as possible.
- A first-aid kit is available on-site.
- Staff are trained in basic first aid procedures.
- The nearest hospital is Hvidovre Hospital, Kettegård Allé 30, 2650 Hvidovre.
