Booking Terms

Bookings are made through the Turban Sauna website, operated by Turban I/S (CVR: 46032764), C/O Dea Natasja Rosenmeier, Nørrebrogade 104 A, 2., 2200 København N, Denmark. Select a session date, time slot, and the number of guests, then proceed to payment. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.

You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please check the details carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.

The price for each session is shown on the booking calendar, from 189 DKK per person. Prices are displayed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Payments are processed securely by card via our payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards. When you book, the full amount is reserved on your card and charged when your session begins. If you cancel within the cancellation window, the reservation is released and no payment is taken. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Each session has a maximum capacity of 22 guests. You may book for up to 8 guests per booking. If a session is sold out, it will be shown as unavailable on the booking calendar.

• You may cancel or reschedule without penalty until 24 hours before the session starts. You can cancel through your account page or by contacting us.
• Later cancellations and no-shows remain payable if the session takes place.
• If TURBAN cancels a session, any payment taken is refunded in full.

If you wish to change the date, time, or number of guests, please cancel your existing booking (subject to the cancellation policy above) and make a new booking.

Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. Priority is given to guests with confirmed bookings. Walk-in guests may pay on-site and are subject to the same rules and policies as booked guests.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your session. If you arrive late, you may join the session in progress, but the session will not be extended. Significant lateness (more than 30 minutes) may be treated as a no-show.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time until funds appear in your account depends on your bank. If payment has only been reserved, the reservation will be released instead.

Turban Sauna reserves the right to cancel a session when necessary. If we cancel your session, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible and refund any payment taken in full.

We may also reschedule a session. If your session is rescheduled, you can choose a full refund or rebook at no additional cost. We will notify you by email as soon as possible.
