Booking Terms
Terms that apply to all bookings made through our website.

1. Booking Process
Bookings are made through the Turban Sauna website. Select a session date, time slot, and the number of guests, then proceed to payment. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please check the details carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.
2. Pricing
The price per person is 149 DKK per session. Prices are displayed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. The full amount is charged at the time of booking. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
4. Capacity
Each session has a maximum capacity of 12 guests. You may book for up to 8 guests per booking. If a session is sold out, it will be shown as unavailable on the booking calendar.
5. Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund. You may cancel through your account page or by contacting us.
- Less than 48 hours before the session: No refund. The booking amount is forfeited.
- No-shows are treated the same as late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund.
6. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to change the date, time, or number of guests, please cancel your existing booking (subject to the cancellation policy above) and make a new booking.
7. Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. Priority is given to guests with confirmed bookings. Walk-in guests may pay on-site and are subject to the same rules and policies as booked guests.
8. Late Arrival
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your session. If you arrive late, you may join the session in progress, but the session will not be extended. Significant lateness (more than 30 minutes) may be treated as a no-show.
9. Cancellation by Turban Sauna
In rare circumstances (extreme weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns), we may cancel or reschedule a session. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible via the email address associated with your booking.
10. Group Bookings
For group bookings of more than 8 guests or private sessions, please contact us directly at [email protected].
11. Acceptance
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accept these Booking Terms, our Terms & Conditions, Safety Information & House Rules, Liability Waiver, and Privacy Policy.
